Option 1: Our guarantee

High Spruce Farms warrants all plant material to be alive, true to name, and in good condition upon receipt. However, since we have no control over climate or plant care after shipping, we make no warranty either expressed or implied as to how our plants will perform in any given situation. No plant material will be accepted for return unless it is found to be unhealthy or damaged. We will not entertain claims after goods have been accepted or when written notice is not made within 48 hours of receipt of plants. At your request we will refund the purchase price or replace the unsatisfactory plant (if it is currently available). In any given case our liability is limited to the original purchase price. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damages  whether based on contact, tort, or any other legal theory. In the event that the limitation of warranty or disclaimer of liability is found to be unlawful or inapplicable, or to have failed in its essential purpose our liabilities shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific nursery stock that caused such liability. While we make every effort to be current as to available inventory, we may at times be overbooked on certain items. We will notify you as soon as possible of any deletions on your order so that you may order a substitute. In any event our acceptance of your order is not a guarantee those particular plants will all be available and shippable at the time your order is packed. Like you we cannot control the weather or the growth rates of plants. We do guarantee that we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best plants possible!

 

 

 

 Option 2: One-year installation warranty

All trees purchased and installed from High Spruce Farms will be guaranteed from us for one year from the date of purchase. High Spruce Farms will not be liable if the tree is harmed from natural disasters, wind, lightning, fire, hail, lack of water, excessive water, tainted soil, vandalism or if original state of planting has changed.  

 

Option 3: Two-year installation warranty

All trees purchased and installed from High Spruce Farms will be guaranteed from us for two years from the date of purchase. High Spruce Farms will not be liable if the tree is harmed from natural disasters, wind, lightning, fire, hail, lack of water, excessive water, tainted soil, vandalism or if original state of planting has changed.    

 

Option 4: One-year warranty non-installed product

All trees purchased from High Spruce Farms will be guaranteed from us for one year from the date of purchase. High Spruce Farms will not be liable if the tree is harmed from natural disasters, wind, lightning, fire, hail, lack of water, excessive water, tainted soil, vandalism or if original state of planting has changed.

 

Option 5: Two-year warranty on non-installed products

All trees purchased and installed from High Spruce Farms will be guaranteed from us for one year from the date of purchase. If the original installation conditions of the tree change there may be additional charges. High Spruce Farms will not be liable if the tree is harmed from natural disasters, wind, lightning, fire, hail, lack of water, excessive water, tainted soil, vandalism or if original state of planting has changed.
